Our events at Bumble Bee Ranch in Bumble Bee, AZ, are a highlight for our out-of-staters as well as valley residents. You will be in the upper Sonoran Desert, riding through saguaros, Palo Verde trees and mesquite trees while enjoying some of the best view in Arizona!!!
Friday - November 13th - Clinic with Paulina Motyka on “Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF)” - Limited to 6 participants
Cost $25 - Time 3PM to 5PM
Saturday - November 14th - Six mile Obstacle Trail Contest - Limited to 50 competitors. Join in on the Wonderful Ribeye Steak Dinner afterwards ($50 per person).
Sunday - November 15th - Six mile Obstacle Trail Contest - Limited to 50 competitors
ALL THREE DAYS - Friday, Saturday and Sunday - Set up your own silent auction tack item table in the pavilion. Make some money for yourself or one of our charities. $$$$$
If you don’t have a table, you can rent one from Bumble Bee Ranch for $10 per table for the weekend. 6ft and 8ft tables available.
YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE RESERVATIONS WITH BUMBLE BEE RANCH REGARDING YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS, STALLS AND MEALS.

Meals are available starting Thursday Evening thru Sunday Bag Lunches. This is an A-La-Carte event, so you can pick and choose what you want. Prices are on the Bumble Bee Ranch website. Minimum of 10 adults to make a meal.
Accommodations include Dry Camping, Electrical Hookups and the Big House. There are also stalls for your horses for a fee. Your stalls are booked through Bumble Bee Ranch and NOT Carole for this event.
You can contain your own horse with panels, high ties or electric fence at no cost. Please bring a manure fork and bucket for easy clean-up. Bumble Bee Ranch will come by once a day to pick up your manure that you put in a pile or in your manure bucket. If you want to be spoiled, pay Bumble Bee Ranch to clean your pen.
You pay for your competition fees now, but you pay Bumble Bee Ranch when you arrive at the office with cash, check, charge or Apple Pay.

Saturday and Sunday Schedule
7 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. - Check in, sign up for ride out times
7:30 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. - Breakfast served at the pavilion - fee applies - Pick up Bag Lunches - reserved ahead of time
7:45 a.m. - Judges Meeting at the pavilion
8:45 a.m. - Riders’ MANDATORY Meeting at the pavilion
10:00 a.m. - First Riders out on trail
11:30 a.m. - Last Riders out on trail
1:15 p.m. - First Riders back to camp
Approximate Times……
2:45 p.m. - Last Riders back to camp
AWARDS - Half Hour after the last rider comes in usually around 3:30 p.m. at the pavilion
6:00 p.m. - Dinner is served at the pavilion (Saturday night). Cash Bar - no personal alcohol allowed in the pavilion during meals
